Welcome to the Bronx River Addition Modernization

The Bronx River Addition Modernization is a resident-driven initiative coordinated by the New York City Public Housing Preservation Trust. Following a resident vote, the Trust is leading a comprehensive renovation of two public housing buildings in the Bronx and will own and steward the property after completion. Fifth Avenue Builders has been hired by the Trust to deliver these renovations, ensuring the project meets the highest standards of quality and community responsiveness.
