An activity for learning, guiding, informing, and sharing. This workshop, presented by HOU with guest partners CRG and Toro Construction, will provide residents with information about the relocation process, answer questions, explain available options, and connect residents with resources and assistance services to support them throughout relocation.

Bronx River Addition B11 and B12 residents will have an opportunity to get updated information about the relocation process and the modernization stages of their buildings, as well as important timelines for lease signing and other logistical processes.

Join us for a fun and engaging Halloween celebration featuring music, dancing, costumes, refreshments, and seasonal activities. A celebration of community connection, resident participation, and perhaps a spark of bewitching creativity!

The Community Council Meeting will give Resident Leadership an opportunity to bring resident concerns to the table, while giving leadership a chance to gauge the status of the relocation project and better understand the process moving forward.
